Bag Service:
Bags can be purchased at our office located at 12488 GAR Hwy, Chardon, OH 44024 (Brick Building) between the hours of 8am-5pm M-F.
Sharps:
Sharps can be dropped off at our office where a compliant sharps container will be available during the hours of 8am-5pm M-F.
Paper Billing will come as a Postcard.
